Born in 1963 Kieron spent his formative years in London, Co. Armagh and Oxfordshire. Educated in Banbury, trained in industry in Northern Ireland, joined the British Army (Irish Guards) and saw service in Germany, Canada and the UK.
Moving back to Banbury in 1988 to take up a position with Alcan, but left in 1995 to 'go it alone'. He has various business interests locally and has been married to Sandra since 1990.
First elected a County Councillor in 1997 and currently represents Easington at Town District and County level, and is chairman of Banbury Conservatives. His list of public services includes: Long Term Army Reservist, Church Warden, School Governor, Chairman of various Traffic Advisory Committees and Sports Management Committees, etc. He is a member of the Keep the Horton Hospital Committee.
He likes red wine, red meat, sociable people and the traditional British way of life. He dislikes the nanny state, political correctness, positive discrimination and mean and miserable people.
