How do I invite the Town Mayor



To invite the Town Mayor fill out the Civic Proforma online – and see the Proforma notes to help with this - or write to Banbury Town Council at the address listed below.

 

In view of the Town Mayor’s busy schedule, it is essential that each invitation to an event is directed to the Town Mayor’s Secretary as early as possible.   Every invitation is discussed with the Town Mayor.   If the Town Mayor is unable to attend then the invitation will be offered to the Deputy Town Mayor and then the Immediate Past Town Mayor, sadly if none can attend the invitation will be declined.    If possible please make sure your invitation is received at least three weeks before the event to ensure inclusion on the weekly Mayoral engagement list.
