Football Pitches






Banbury Town Council manages four football pitches – all of which are available for hire.

Pitches can be leased for a season or for one-off matches.

Easington Recreation Ground can be accessed from Easington Road or Harriers View.

It has two full-size pitches and a pavilion with changing facilities consisting of four changing rooms, each with en-suite showers.

Also at Easington is a mini soccer pitch for under 16s.

Moorfields Recreation Ground is off West Street, Grimsbury.

It has one full-size pitch and a pavilion offering changing facilities with two changing rooms, each with en-suite showers.

A mini soccer pitch for under 16s is also available..

Horton View Sports Ground (also see separate web page) is off Horton View opposite the post office and shops.

There is one full-size pitch and a pavilion offering changing facilities with two changing rooms each with en-suite showers. 

Two mini soccer pitches are also available for hire.

A function room in the pavilion is also available.
