Christmas Lights Switch-On 2024

2024's Banbury Christmas Lights Switch-On was due to take place on Sunday 24th November. However, high winds and heavy rain - a result of Storm Bert - ultimately resulted in the cancellation of the event.
However, Banbury residents were nevertheless able to enjoy the Christmas Lights, which were activated on schedule. 2024's lights were brand-new, with exciting designs and greener technologies, including 100% LED lighting. Many of the lights were also produced using recycled plastic waste.
